Joan Dacey-Seib

Joan Dacey-Seib, daughter of Co-Founder Ralph Dacey, represents public corporations in general corporate matters, corporate governance, SEC compliance and mergers and acquisitions. Dacey-Seib also represents Boards of Directors of public companies and their audit, compensation and nominating/corporate governance committees.

Joan obtained her J.D. from Columbia Law School after graduating cum laude from Wellesley College. She is a member of the Bar of New York.

She acted as an Associate of Jacobs Persinger & Parker from 1969-1977 and as a Partner with the firm from 1977-2000. Joan was then Of Counsel for Shapiro Forman Allen & Sava LLP from 2000-2013. Currently, she is Of Counsel for Forman & Shapiro LLP.
